The service is provided by GELD DATA d.o.o., Selska cesta 90A, 10010 Zagreb, Croatia.

Data

Data is collected from publicly published price lists and registers and shown as published. We do not guarantee that sources are complete or accurate; price.download is not an official source.

Plans and payment

• Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Every payment gets a fiscal invoice; Croatian companies also receive an e-invoice.

API

• Keys are personal and must not be shared outside your organisation.
• Plan quotas are limits, not an availability guarantee.
• You may use the data in your own products; reselling the raw data as a dataset requires a separate agreement.

Liability

We are not liable for damage arising from use of the data, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

Governing law

Croatian law applies; disputes fall under the competent court in Zagreb.
